Great stay, but we missed out on dinner because we weren’t informed to book.

The quiet location is a breath of fresh air, surrounded by lush greenery and a charming French farmhouse vibe that immerses you in rural life. The community dining experience is a unique touch, where guests share their stories over local cheeses and homemade jams, making it feel like a slice of local culture.
Communication could improve significantly. we missed out on the table d'hôte dinner simply because we weren't informed to pre-book, which would have been helpful. navigating the language barrier was a bit tricky for those who aren't fluent in French, potentially affecting the overall experience for non-native speakers.

the garden was nice, but i was appalled by the lack of communication regarding the dinner, as i missed the chance to book. also, a bit unplesant that, despite being a discerning guest, no welcome gift was offered. i almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn’t endorse this place.

charming country setting, tastefully furnished accommodations, modernized historic house
The communication about dinner reservations could be clearer—it’s frustrating to miss out due to a lack of proactive messaging!!! while the setting is lovely, the surrounding area seems a bit dead after hours!!!

Awesome spot for a group adventure! We after a day of hiking, took to cycling around town. The hosts served a lovely continental breakfast with local jams. The farm setting was relaxing, and we loved chatting with other guests about local treasures and recommendations. Great time overall.
We wanted to join the community dinner but didn't book in time, so it was a bummer missing out on that experience. A heads-up from the staff would have been great.
